Garden Room in a Tudor Mansion — Little Silver, NJ

Studio-Fichandler designed this Garden Room in The Hartshorne Mansion, a grand 1930’s Tudor home in Little Silver, NJ. It was a showhouse to benefit the Visiting Nurse Association. In this lovely old indoor/outdoor summer room, we used various natural forms and materials to play off each other and repeat throughout the space, such as spheres and circles, vines, twisting forms, and other organic motifs.
